The terms for creating and continuing worlds in Prairie Engine.

Who operates the Engine
Prairie Engine is operated by Prairie Labs, Inc., doing business as General Simulation Company™ (“Prairie Labs,” “we,” or “us”). These terms apply to Prairie Engine at prairieengine.com, its generated worlds, saved frames, and included arcade games. They do not replace the terms of a separate product.
Access and codes
You must be at least 18 to purchase a code. An adult or organization providing access to a minor is responsible for appropriate supervision and lawful use. An Engine code is a bearer credential: anyone holding it may be able to use its allowance and access associated saved worlds. Keep it private; do not resell it or use another person’s code without permission. Access depends on the code’s remaining allowance and service availability.
Purchases and membership
The price, any recurring charge, and purchase conditions are shown before payment. A code provides usage of the Engine, not cash, a stored-value account, or a guaranteed number of worlds or turns. Different requests use different amounts of allowance. The meter is an estimate of remaining use; concurrent requests may take time to settle. A monthly membership renews at the disclosed price until cancelled, unless renewal is stopped because we cannot provide the next period’s access or for another reason permitted by law. A service-initiated cancellation does not remove your applicable refund rights. Use the billing-management link associated with your purchase to cancel before the next renewal, or contact support if you cannot access it. Cancellation stops future renewal; it does not itself refund a completed charge. Our refund policy and mandatory consumer rights still apply.
Worlds, saves, and arcade play
The Engine uses your seed and actions to generate simulation text and images. Generation can take several minutes and may fail or be interrupted. Completed worlds and frames are stored on our servers for Save/Load. These features depend on the service remaining available; do not rely on them as your only record of important information. Arcade games are currently offered without a separate charge or deduction from your Engine world allowance, subject to availability and reasonable use limits. Your world can continue generating while you play.
Your material and generated content
You retain any rights you have in material you submit. You authorize us and our service providers to process that material as needed to operate, secure, and support the Engine. Submit only material you have authority to use. Generated material may be inaccurate, non-unique, incomplete, or unexpected; we do not promise copyright protection, exclusivity, or freedom from third-party rights. Check content before using or sharing it outside the Engine. Our software, branding, and other pre-existing materials remain ours or their respective owners’.
Use responsibly
Do not use the Engine unlawfully, infringe others’ rights, submit malicious code, attack or disrupt the service, evade usage limits, or interfere with another person’s access. Do not submit passwords, payment-card details, provider credentials, or sensitive or confidential records. Simulation output is not professional advice or a reliable basis for medical, legal, financial, safety, employment, or other consequential decisions.
Availability and liability
We may change features or suspend access to address abuse, security, legal requirements, or service failures. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without warranties of uninterrupted operation, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; our aggregate liability for a paid order is limited to the amount paid for that order. These limits do not exclude fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability or consumer right that the law does not allow us to exclude or limit.
Privacy, updates, and contact
Read Privacy and Service providers for how Engine information is processed. The purchase terms in effect when you buy apply to that purchase. We may update these terms for future use and will identify the effective date; material changes will receive notice where required by law. Questions: hello@prairielabs.ai.
