Email hello@prairielabs.ai. Include the Engine page or feature, what you tried, what happened, and when it happened. For purchases, include your Stripe receipt or order reference. A screenshot is useful if it does not reveal private information. We do not publish a response-time guarantee.
Code or connection trouble
Enter your nine-character Engine code at prairieengine.com. Keep the code private. If the service reports a temporary connection issue, use Reconnect when offered. Do not buy another code simply to retry a connection. Tell support the error message without sending the full code.
Save and Load
Completed frames are saved on the server. Use Save to name a world and Load to choose a world and frame. Use the same code or linked membership access to reach the same saved worlds. Refreshing or opening a new tab may return you to the main menu; choose Load to return to a completed frame. Download/export controls are currently unavailable.
While a world is generating
World creation takes time. The progress stages report confirmed work rather than a promised completion time. The included arcade is free to play and does not consume your world-generation allowance. If a turn fails, keep the error message and use the offered retry or recovery controls. A failed turn does not by itself remove completed saved frames. Access to stored frames depends on service availability and retention; contact us if a frame is missing.
Privacy, refunds, and safe support
See Privacy for information requests and Refunds and cancellations for purchase remedies. Never send full Engine codes, passwords, payment-card details, provider credentials, or unnecessary personal records. We will not ask you to supply a model-provider API key to use the Engine.
