How Prairie Engine handles your information.

Scope and operator
Prairie Labs, Inc., doing business as General Simulation Company™, operates Prairie Engine at prairieengine.com. This notice covers the Engine, its purchase flow, saved worlds, and included games. Contact hello@prairielabs.ai about your information.
Access and technical information
We process code and session information to authenticate access, track remaining allowance, and associate worlds with the correct access identity. The Engine uses an essential HTTP-only session cookie, currently with a maximum age of 30 days, and purchase-session cookies where needed. The browser may retain interface preferences, a client identifier, and local arcade progress. Hosting and security systems may process IP addresses, browser/device details, request times, errors, and usage information. Clearing browser storage may remove local game progress; it does not by itself delete server-side worlds.
Worlds and game interactions
We process the seeds, prompts, actions, settings, generated text, images, prior interactions, and saved frames needed to run and restore your world. World records and frames are stored server-side. Inference requests may include substantial world history and the previous image for continuity. Model-backed arcade decisions may send game state and your choices to an inference provider. Avoid entering confidential, sensitive, or regulated information.
Purchases and support
Stripe processes checkout and payment details. We receive order and payment-status information needed for fulfillment, subscription administration, support, refunds, and disputes; the Engine does not receive your full payment-card number. Transactional email delivery processes your email address and the message containing your code. Information you send to support is used to respond and administer your request.
Why we use and share information
We use information to provide and secure the Engine, generate and restore worlds, administer access and purchases, respond to requests, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. Providers supporting those functions are listed in Service providers. We may also disclose information when legally required or reasonably necessary to protect rights, security, or resolve disputes. We do not sell personal information or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Opening an external social link takes you to a separate service with its own practices.
Inference providers and retention
World generation is routed through OpenRouter to the model provider selected for the request. Free arcade inference may use Vercel AI Gateway and the selected model provider. Their retention and data-use practices depend on provider terms and settings. We do not promise zero retention or that every inference request is excluded from provider training. Information may be processed outside your location.
How long information is kept
We keep saved-world information while needed to provide saved-world access. Other records are retained while needed for operation, security, support, accounting, legal obligations, or disputes. There is no fixed published deletion period for Engine worlds. Signing out, exhausting a code, or clearing browser data does not automatically delete server-side records. Requests are reviewed subject to verification, applicable law, and records we must or may lawfully retain; backups and provider records may follow separate retention processes.
Your choices and requests
Where applicable law gives you rights, you can request access, correction, or deletion at hello@prairielabs.ai. We may need to verify that the information belongs to you. Do not send your full code, passwords, or card details in the initial message. Rights and exceptions depend on location and circumstances. The Engine is not intended for children under 13; if you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us. No security measure can guarantee absolute protection. Updates to this notice will carry a new date and additional notice where required.
